The Riverview Apartment

This private setting is the perfect place for longer stays. Comprising 60m2,  offering full kitchen and dining facilities, and a separate bedroom and ensuite for privacy as needed. Restful views of the Tamar River and the Tamar Valley from all rooms add to the outside garden views. Features below are in addition to the inclusions in all our rooms.

The Setting

  • On the river-side of the house, providing views from all rooms.
  • Outside table setting provided with access to barbeque facilities.
  • The room can accommodate three people, with the sofa bed in the lounge. An additional tariff of  $35.00 per night is added for an additional adult.

The Kitchen and Lounge, open plan.

  • Fan forced oven, single sink, 260 litre fridge, large selection of cooking utensils.
  • Cooking essentials such as oil, salt, pepper, paper towel...
  • Dining table, four chairs and full dining setting.
  • Reverse cycle air conditioner.
  • Sofa bed plus two comfy chairs.
  • HD LCD TV + DVD player + small sound system.

The Bedroom

  • HD LCD TV + DVD player.
  • Small table with cane chairs.

The Bathroom

  • Spa bath.
  • Large double shower.

Breakfast

This is a self catering room and includes a gourmet breakfast basket with full breakfast provisions for each day – sometimes people spread this out to cater for their dinner as well! Your basket will be in your room on arrival and we will talk with you about your needs for the other days of your stay. If room is available we will offer you a complimentary served breakfast for stays of over three days to give you a break from your own cooking.

Tariff :  

The tariff is $205.00 per double for the first night and $185.00 for each additional continuous night there-after. Additional person, $35.00 per night. Single tariff is $10.00 less on each of the per double prices above for each night.
