This large relaxing double room (30m2 ), completed December 2010, is situated at the Northern most end of the house near the pool with views of the gardens on three sides together with seasonal Tamar River glimpses. The room is not self-catering and if you wish to use the BBQ  there is an extra charge of $15.00 per meal for a BBQ pack, which provides necessary equipment,  including eating and cooking utensils, essential sauces and seasonings and a substantail garden salad, but not meat.

Setting

  • This takes up the northern width of the house, capturing morning and afternoon sun.
  • French doors leading to a covered verandah and through to the pool.
  • Outside table setting provided.
  • Soft carpet underfoot.
  • The room can accommodate up to two people.

  • A most comfey King bed which can be divided into two singles for stays of two nights or longer and with advanced notice  (24 hours please)   .
  • Micro Hi-Fi system with iPod dock/CD/alarm
  • Sunny garden outlook.
  • Relaxing chair for quiet reflection.

The Lounge

  • Comfy chairs.
  • Reverse cycle air conditioner.
  • Writing table.

The Bathroom

  • Indulgent double shower in this beautiful roomy ensuit.

Breakfast

Tariff:

$180.00 per double for the first night and $165.00 for second and subsequent continuous nights.

Single tariff is $10.00 less on each of the prices above.
