Cancellation Policy - we are
a very small tourism
business, so any
cancellations affect us
significantly. On booking,
we require a deposit of 25%
of the total stay.
If a phone or email booking
is cancelled:
- more than 30 days prior to
the booked date - a full
refund will be available.
- Within 30 days of the booked
arrival date - 25%
cancellation charge (deposit
retained)
- Within 7 days of arrival date
(or no shows) the full
charge applies.
- Please note that direct
Web bookings have a minimal
25% cancellation fee for
administration
costs.
