This property is unsuitable for children under 15 years of age.

A two night minimum stay applies for the period 24th December to 2nd January and for the Easter period. These periods do not gain multiple night discounts.

Preferred cards are Visa, MasterCard and AMEX. Premium, Business and International cards attract a 5% surcharge.
- The Courtyard and Studio rooms include a continental and cooked gourmet breakfast in the tariff. The Apartment tariff includes gourmet breakfast provisions; cooked breakfast options may be available.

- Check in is available from 2.00 pm. Our check out time is 10:00 am. Late check outs may attract a surcharge.

Our accommodation facility is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is permitted within the grounds.
- Property facilities are for sole use of guests.

Cancellation Policy - It is the responsibility of the guest to read over and view the information in the website carefully, and if there are any questions, it is important that these be answered prior to making a deposit. We also recommend travel insurance to cover those unpredictable and unwanted events which disrupt the best laid plans.
We are a small tourism business, so any cancellations affect us significantly. On booking, we require a deposit of 25% of the total stay.
If a phone or direct email booking is cancelled:
- More than 30 days prior to the booked date - a full refund minus 8% administrative charge applies.
- Within 30 days of the booked arrival date - 25% cancellation charge (deposit retained).
- Within 7 days of arrival date (or no shows) the full charge applies.
Please note that all direct Web page bookings have a minimal 25% cancellation fee to cover administration costs.
In the event of a cancellation, we are happy to reschedule your booking at a mutually available time, with consideration of the administrative charges above.
