The Courtyard Room

The courtyard room is a queen sized traditional bed and breakfast room, with a newly appointed ensuite containing a double spa-bath and a separate shower. Here you will find all that is necessary to have a delightful stay at The River House with a delicious cooked breakfast included.

The room has French doors which lead to an outside courtyard deck in the front garden overlooking the river. This is a restful spot where you can enjoy dining out with your barbequed dinner or just relax with a glass of wine.
 

The Gardenview Studio

This is a delightful room catching the light all day long. With a comfortable couch, table setting for two and garden views, this room offers a great space for a relaxing stay. It has its own separate kitchenette with double hot plates and convection microwave to create gourmet delights and a gorgeous double shower bathroom with an immense mirror. The French doors give you access to a covered verandah overlooking and leading to the garden and the main drive.

Included with the room tariff is a host-cooked breakfast.
 

The Riverview Apartment

The River View Apartment is the perfect place for longer stays. Offering full kitchen and dining facilities to cater for four, the apartment has a separate bedroom with a queen bed together with a sofa bed in the lounge. French doors give access to the covered veranda which leads directly to the solar heated  pool. Restful views of the Tamar River and its surrounds add to the outside garden setting. The stunning bathroom has a spa and also a double shower to tempt you into quality pampering moments.

Full breakfast provisions are refreshed daily, with a cooked breakfast option also available for a small additional charge.

The Apartment can also be booked by prior arrangement as a traditional B&B room which includes the bedroom only and spa bath ensuite with double shower. The tariff includes a delicious cooked breakfast. Please contact the host for this option.
