Guests are welcome to relax in the tranquil lounge which has magnificent views of the Tamar River below.

In the cooler months a log fire adds a special ambiance to the warm and welcoming room. On warmer days the French doors invite you out onto the courtyard deck to closer enjoy the garden setting whilst soaking up the views of the Tamar River and its surrounds.

You may wish to rest, have a chat with other guests, simply contemplate the view or read an interesting item selected from the many and varied books and magazines. You will also find here a selection of CDs and DVDs to use in your room, as well as a selection of games.

A complimentary evening port with a delicious homemade treat is available in the lounge for guests, together with a selection of Tasmania wines available for purchase.
