Group Bookings

The River House is the perfect place for adult group bookings of up to nine  people, with a minimum stay of two nights. We offer you a spacious property ideally suited for your shared getaway, offering multiple holiday options less than 15 minutes from Launceston CBD.

Your private accommodation will give you complete access to all guest facilities  in  over 260 m² of internal living space in The River House, with four queen/king/single ensuited bedrooms.  Please check other sections of this website for specific information, including Guest Policy.

Your hosts who live discretely at the far end of the large house, will welcome you on arrival, then remain distant unless needed. Servicing of your accommodation will be provided during your stay.

Group Booking RATES

A minimum stay of two nights is required. All prices are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST

These tariffs are for a maximum of nine adults and give you four ensuited bedrooms plus elegant living areas comprising total guest facilities. Complimentary  served full breakfasts for each day of your stay are included in the tariff.

Please note that this property is unsuitable for children.

A 50% deposit of the full rate is required to hold your booking, refundable for cancellations of 30 days or more, as per our cancellation policy; The normal cancellation policy applies to other aspects as described on our main rates and bookings page.
